Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be sent back to Korena's Boutique within 14 days of the customer receiving the package.
Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will given. The store credit will be emailed to the email address attached to your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear), unwashed, odor-free, with tags, and in its original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If we find any defects on the merchandise, signs of wear or smell we reserve the right to not accept your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE YOUR INFORMATION INSIDE OF THE PACKAGE IN ORDER FOR US TO CREDIT YOU. Include either a copy if your receipt or simply a piece of paper with your name, order number, and email.
Please note that the customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees. Shipping fees are not refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75 please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Feel free to ship your orders back with the carrier of your choice - shipping with tracking information is recommended.
Damages and issues
- Upon package arrival, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 24 hours of receiving your delivery for defects and issues.
- All defects and issues must be notified via email within that 24 hour window, and must include order number and images of the issue. Contact email: info@korenasboutique.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.
- Although it is a rare occurrence, if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us with pictures of the item you received so we can send you a return label and ship you the correct item as soon as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
- Items using discount promo codes, clearance and sale items are final sale, no exceptions.
- The term "Final Sale" or "All Sales Final" means an item can not be returned or exchanged.
- Any purchase using a 25% or higher discount is FINAL SALE.
Exchanges
At Korena's Boutique, we do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.
Order Cancellations
- once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
